If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it or contact you to update your payment information. You are responsible for any fees, chargebacks, or collections costs resulting from disputed or failed payments that are not resolved in your favor.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless a refund is expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase. Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, and by completing a transaction you acknowledge that you have received access to the materials. Any refund or cancellation rights are limited to those explicitly provided in writing for the specific program you purchased.

All course content, videos, templates, frameworks, scripts, and materials provided through our Services are the exclusive property of Omari Academy LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own learning.

Recording, redistributing, reselling, reproducing, or publicly sharing any of our materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of your access and may expose you to legal liability.
